JustCall asks for your website, privacy policy URL, and terms URL in the Business Information step of brand registration, and again in the Message Flow. Most website-related rejections come from a site that does not work or match your brand, a privacy policy that allows sharing, missing terms, or a pre-checked or required SMS checkbox.
This page is for sales and support teams that text US numbers from JustCall local numbers. JustCall says SMS and MMS from unregistered +1 10DLC numbers to US numbers have been fully blocked since September 1, 2023. You fill out the registration yourself in JustCall's Compliance Center.
10DLC Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by JustCall. Provider names are used only to describe where information goes. This page describes the flow as documented at the time of writing (Updated September 2026). Screens change, so follow what you see in your account.
JustCall uses A2P 10DLC for US local numbers, and you submit it. Click your profile icon, open Compliance Center, and start registration. JustCall splits it into two parts, and both must pass:
Toll-free numbers go through a separate toll-free verification, not 10DLC. See toll-free verification.
