What we collect

When you buy a website we collect the details you give us for each business: legal name, brand name, contact name, business address, email address, phone number, taxpayer ID (EIN) where applicable, and a description of what the business does. Payment is processed by Stripe, and we receive only the payment confirmation, your email address, and the last four digits and brand of the card. We never see your full card number.

We also keep basic technical records: the IP address used to submit your details, timestamps, and standard web server logs.

Why we collect it

We use these details to build and host your website, to create the pages that carrier and Campaign Registry reviewers check, to email you about your order and renewals, and to monitor your site for compliance problems. Your taxpayer ID is used only to prepare your Registration Kit; it is stored encrypted and is never published on your website.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile phone numbers and any opt-in information collected through a website we build for you are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We share only what a service needs to do its job: Stripe (payments), our domain registrar and Cloudflare (registering your domain, DNS and SSL), our email provider (order and alert emails), and the hosting infrastructure your site runs on. Some of your business details also appear publicly on your own website, because reviewers expect to see them: your business name, address, phone number and email.

How long we keep it

We keep order and website records for as long as we host your site, and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes. Encrypted taxpayer IDs are deleted 30 days after a refund or after your site is taken down.

Your choices

Email support@10dlc.site to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We will ask you to confirm your identity through the email address used at checkout. Deleting the details we need to run your site means we can no longer host it.

Cookies

This website uses a session cookie to keep your order page secure, and Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages help people decide. We turn off Google's advertising personalization and signals features, and there are no advertising cookies on 10dlc.site. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting your order.

Children

This is a service for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
