What you are buying

For $149 per website we register one .com domain in your business name, host the website with an SSL certificate for one year, build the pages described on our pricing page (including a privacy policy, SMS terms and an opt-in form), give you a Registration Kit of details and URLs for your own 10DLC registration, and run daily Compliance Watch checks for one year.

What we do not do

We do not submit your 10DLC brand or campaign registration. You, or the SMS provider you choose, submit it. Carriers, The Campaign Registry and their vetting partners decide whether your registration is approved, and they also review your brand details, use case and sample messages. No one can guarantee approval, and we do not. What we promise is that your website is built to the published requirements, and that if a reviewer flags your website we will fix the website at no charge.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of The Campaign Registry, CTIA, or any wireless carrier or messaging provider.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the business details you give us are accurate, that you are authorised to act for the business, and that your messaging program complies with applicable law and carrier rules, including the TCPA and CTIA messaging principles. Your legal business name must match your taxpayer records; a mismatch is a common reason registrations are rejected and is not something we can correct for you.

We do not build sites for businesses in categories carriers prohibit, and we may decline or cancel an order that falls into one. Prohibited or deceptive content added later may result in the site being taken down.

Renewal

Your domain, hosting and Compliance Watch renew at $49 per website per year. We email a reminder 30 days before. If a renewal is not paid, your site is replaced by a renewal page rather than deleted, and the domain follows the registrar's normal expiry process.

Refunds

See our refund policy. Every refund request is reviewed by a person.

Content and ownership

You own your business information and the domain. You may use the website we build for your registration and your marketing. The underlying templates, code and platform remain ours.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep your site online continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid us for that website, and we are not liable for lost profits or for the outcome of a registration decision made by a carrier or registry.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
