Reviewers compare your website to your brand registration. If the site shows a different name, a different business, or the software company instead of the real sender, the campaign gets rejected. Fix it by making the legal name, DBA, services, and contact details on the site match your registration exactly, then edit and resubmit.
When you register a 10DLC campaign, you give a business name, a tax ID, a website, and a support email. A reviewer opens that website and asks one question: is this the same business? If the answer is unclear, the campaign is rejected. The fix is almost always on the website or in the brand details, not in your messages.
It means the reviewer could not connect your website to the brand you registered. Twilio's error 30907 says the website does not match the brand, the campaign purpose, the consent flow, or the sample messages. Telnyx lists a mismatch between brand, website, and samples among its common declines. Plivo asks that the company name match the tax document exactly, for example "Yourbusiness, Inc." and not just "Yourbusiness".

| What to check | Where on your site | Should match |
|---|---|---|
| Legal name and DBA | Footer, About, Contact | Brand registration and IRS document |
| Services | Home page | Campaign description and samples |
| Support email domain | Contact page | Website domain |
| Opt-in form | Signup or contact page | Your brand name in the consent text |
| Final URL | Browser address bar | The URL you submitted |
Twilio says to edit the rejected campaign rather than delete it. Twilio also says it charges the vetting fee only once per campaign, so resubmitting the same campaign does not add a new fee. Other providers work differently: Vonage lists a $15 campaign vetting fee per vetting event, Telnyx describes $15 per submission or resubmission, and Bandwidth says a $15 fee applies to rejected campaigns that need resubmission. Check your own provider before you click submit.
Timelines vary too. Twilio says standard campaigns can take up to several weeks, and Telnyx says carrier review typically takes 72 business hours after Telnyx approves it.

Your site should clearly connect to the name you registered. Twilio says the legal name must match IRS documents, and if you use a DBA, register it with the brand so reviewers can link the two names.
No. Twilio lists an ISV submitting its own platform site instead of the customer's site as a cause of error 30907. The website should belong to the business that sends the messages.
It removes that rejection reason, but carriers and their vetting partners make the final decision. Check the rest of your site and campaign details before resubmitting.
Add the DBA to your brand registration and show both names on the site, for example in the footer. Twilio error 30918 covers a DBA that does not match the legal business name.
