Ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we will review it. Refunds are not automatic: a person reads every request, usually replying within one business day.
Email support@10dlc.site from the address you used at checkout, or use the contact form and choose "Request a refund". Tell us which website it concerns and what went wrong. If we built something that does not match what we promised, say so plainly; that is the case we most want to fix.
A refunded website is taken down. The domain was registered for your business and stays yours: we can move it to a registrar of your choice at no charge, or let it expire, whichever you prefer. If you would rather keep the site, we would rather fix it: tell us what is wrong and we will rebuild the parts you are unhappy with.
Sites in one order are priced by their place in the order (the first is $149 and extra sites cost less). If a refund for part of an order is approved, we refund the price of the last sites in the order, which are the lowest-priced ones. That way the sites you keep cost exactly what they would have cost if you had ordered fewer.
Fees charged by other companies are outside our control and are not refundable by us. That includes carrier, Campaign Registry and provider registration or vetting fees, which you pay them directly, not us.
A rejected 10DLC registration is not on its own grounds for a refund, because carriers weigh your brand details, use case and message samples as well as your website. If a reviewer flags your website, we fix the website free, which is the promise we can actually keep.
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute freezes the account while it is investigated, which slows down any fix or refund we could otherwise make the same day.
