Rejected by carriers? The website is one of the most common reasons. Fix it today →

This page is for sales and support teams that text US numbers from JustCall local numbers. JustCall says SMS and MMS from unregistered +1 10DLC numbers to US numbers have been fully blocked since September 1, 2023. You fill out the registration yourself in JustCall's Compliance Center.

10DLC Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by JustCall. Provider names are used only to describe where information goes. This page describes the flow as documented at the time of writing (Updated September 2026). Screens change, so follow what you see in your account.

Which registration does JustCall use, and who submits it?

JustCall uses A2P 10DLC for US local numbers, and you submit it. Click your profile icon, open Compliance Center, and start registration. JustCall splits it into two parts, and both must pass:

  1. Business Profile Registration (the brand): general info, business info, and a point of contact.
  2. SMS Compliance (A2P 10DLC) Registration (the campaign): use case, description, message flow, and samples.

Toll-free numbers go through a separate toll-free verification, not 10DLC. See toll-free verification.

Where do the website URLs go in JustCall's registration?

URL or item Where it goes in JustCall
Business website Brand registration, Step 2 (Business Information), Website link field
Privacy policy Brand registration, Step 2, Privacy policy field. JustCall also lists it as a mandatory public URL in the Message Flow.
Terms and conditions Brand registration, Step 2, T&C URL field. Also a mandatory public URL in the Message Flow, covering opt-out and customer care contact.
Opt-in details Campaign, Message flow/Call-to-Action. Say where and how people opt in, and quote the opt-in language they see.
Opt-in images If consent happens on paper or behind a login, JustCall asks for hosted images of it.

JustCall's Message Flow guide lists six things to include: what you offer, the numbers you send from, who is sending, clear opt-in language with any fees, the privacy policy URL, and the terms URL. There is an AI Review tool on the Description step to help tighten the text.

Included in your Registration Kit: the campaign description, Message Flow text, and sample messages written for your use case, plus your homepage, privacy policy, terms, and opt-in page URLs, ready to paste into JustCall. Build my order →

What does JustCall check on your website?

JustCall's best practices article says your brand name, samples, consent, website, privacy policy, terms, and description must "tell the same story." In practice:

  • The site works and matches. It must be live and match the brand and campaign details.
  • Privacy policy with no sharing. No mobile information shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See privacy policy.
  • Terms that cover SMS. Message types, STOP with a confirmation text, HELP options, carrier liability, message and data rates, and a privacy policy link. See SMS terms.
  • A clean opt-in form. The SMS checkbox must be optional and not pre-selected, and JustCall says the phone field should be optional too. The consent text names your brand and says how to unsubscribe. See opt-in form.

Why was my JustCall SMS registration rejected?

These reasons come from JustCall's rejection article. Each links to a fix page.

Rejection JustCall lists What it means (paraphrased) Fix page
Invalid Website URL The site does not work Website not accessible
Website URL Validation Issue The site does not match the brand or campaign Website does not match brand
Compliant Privacy Policy Required Policy missing, not public, or missing the no-sharing line Privacy policy missing SMS language
Privacy Policy Shares Opt-in Data Policy says third parties may text the person Privacy policy missing SMS language
Terms & Conditions URL Missing No public https terms page, or it sits behind a login Missing SMS terms
Opt-in Error Opt-in flow is not clear or consent is shared Opt-in not verifiable
Opt-in Pre-checked or Bundled Box is pre-selected or buried in terms Opt-in form
Consent Required to Complete Purchase SMS signup is mandatory Opt-in form
Age Gate Not Present/Acceptable Yes/no gate instead of full date of birth Prohibited content
Opt-out Error / Subscriber HELP Missing Opt-out flow or HELP reply lacks brand name or contact Campaign rejected: next steps

On the brand side, JustCall lists a tax ID that does not match the legal name as a failure. See brand EIN mismatch.

How long does JustCall review take, and what does it cost?

JustCall says campaign review typically takes 3 to 5 business days. New numbers can take about 8 to 10 business days to link to an approved campaign. Public companies must finish Authentication+ within 7 days of getting a PIN.

At the time of writing, JustCall lists:

Fee Amount listed by JustCall
Brand registration $46 on or after August 1, 2025 ($44 before)
Unsuccessful brand attempt $4.50
Authentication+ (public companies) $12.50 per attempt
Campaign registration $15 one time, non-refundable, per campaign
Monthly campaign fee $10 regular, $2 low-volume mixed

JustCall's rejection article does not say whether a resubmission adds a fee. Check JustCall's current help center before you act.

What JustCall details trip people up?

  • Two registrations, not one. A passed brand with a failed campaign still blocks texting.
  • Content that cannot be resubmitted. JustCall says SHAFT, spam or phishing, and disallowed content like lending, gambling, or crypto are not eligible for resubmission.
  • Lending not labeled. A use case that hides loan content is a listed rejection reason.
  • Toll-free clock. JustCall says to resubmit eligible toll-free rejections within 7 days.

How do I get a website that passes JustCall review?

  1. Match your registered name. See brand name match.
  2. Show services and contact details. See business contact info.
  3. Use https on every page. See SSL and HTTPS.
  4. Publish a privacy policy with the no-sharing line. See privacy policy.
  5. Publish public SMS terms. See SMS terms.
  6. Use an optional, unchecked SMS checkbox. See opt-in form.
  7. Keep the site live. See no parked sites.

10DLC Site builds these pages and gives you the URLs to paste into JustCall. You still submit the registration yourself, and carriers make the final decision. If a reviewer flags your website, we fix the website free.
