EZ Texting registers your brand and campaign with The Campaign Registry for you, and says standard registration is free on its plans. You supply your legal name, EIN, address, website, use case, sample messages, and opt-in method. Your website should show the same business, a privacy policy, SMS terms, and a visible opt-in.
EZ Texting is a business texting platform used for marketing blasts, alerts, and two-way texting. Its plans include a local textable number, so most users go through A2P 10DLC registration. This page is for EZ Texting users who were rejected or filtered, or who want to register right the first time.
10DLC Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by EZ Texting. Provider names are used only to describe where information goes. This page describes the flow as documented at the time of writing (Updated September 2026). Screens change, so follow what you see in your account.
Most EZ Texting accounts use A2P 10DLC, and EZ Texting submits the registration for you. EZ Texting says registration has two parts, brand and campaign, and both must be approved before you send.
| Number type | Where it fits at EZ Texting | Registration |
|---|---|---|
| Local 10DLC number | Included on Launch, Boost, and Scale plans | A2P brand and campaign registration with TCR |
| Toll-free number | Add-on, set up through support | Toll-free verification |
| Dedicated short code | Enterprise plan | Short code program |
EZ Texting's pricing page says carrier registration is included at no extra cost. If you do not have an EIN, you can register as a sole proprietor, with lower sending limits.
EZ Texting's public pages list business details, sample messages, and how you collect opt-ins. Your website is part of the brand details. EZ Texting does not publish a field-by-field screenshot of its form, so the table below groups what it names.
| Part | What EZ Texting asks for | What your website must support |
|---|---|---|
| Brand registration | Legal name, EIN (Tax ID), address, website | Same legal name and contact info on the site |
| Campaign registration | Use case and the types of messages you plan to send | Pages that show the service your texts cover |
| Sample messages | Examples of the message types you plan to send | Brand name and offers that match the site |
| Opt-in method | How you collect consent | A visible opt-in form with an unchecked box, plus privacy policy and terms |
| High-Volume Vetted (optional) | Primary use cases for higher throughput | Same as above, reviewed more closely |
EZ Texting's registration page adds that in rare cases it asks for an EIN confirmation letter to verify your business. Have your IRS letter ready so the name on it matches your site. See brand EIN mismatch.
EZ Texting does not publish its own website checklist. It registers through The Campaign Registry, so the standard TCR checks apply. As Twilio documents for the same registry, the site must work, match your registered business, and not be parked, gated behind a login, or redirected to another brand.
Reviewers look for:
EZ Texting does not publish a list of rejection codes. Its pages point to two themes: registration details that do not hold up, and live messages that drift from the registered use case. The table maps common TCR website causes to our fix pages.
| Likely cause | What reviewers saw | Fix page |
|---|---|---|
| Website does not match brand | Site shows a different name, or none | Website does not match brand |
| EIN and legal name do not match | Name on the form differs from IRS records | Brand EIN mismatch |
| No privacy policy, or one that allows sharing | Missing no-sharing statement | Privacy policy missing SMS language |
| No SMS terms | Frequency, rates, STOP/HELP missing | Missing SMS terms |
| Opt-in cannot be verified | No visible form or consent wording | Opt-in not verifiable |
| Samples do not match the use case | Messages promote something else | Sample messages mismatch |
| Site is parked or not live | Placeholder page | Under construction or parked |

EZ Texting says standard A2P 10DLC registration is free and included in its plans. At the time of writing, High-Volume Vetted registration is a one-time $90 fee, waived on the Scale plan. The Launch plan also lists a $5 monthly Telecom Fee. Check EZ Texting's pricing page before you buy.
EZ Texting says most applications are approved within 24 hours, and in other places says most are approved in hours. It notes that some providers take up to three weeks. Final approval comes from the carriers, not EZ Texting.
Yes, as a Sole Proprietor. EZ Texting says this path is free but limited. At the time of writing it lists 45 SMS per minute, 15 per minute on AT&T, 1,000 messages a day on T-Mobile, and no link shortener or tracking tools.
EZ Texting offers toll-free numbers, but its plans are built around local 10DLC numbers, with a dedicated short code on Enterprise. Toll-free numbers need verification, cost $25 a month at the time of writing, and are set up by contacting support.
That is the campaign part of A2P registration. EZ Texting asks for sample message types and your use case so carriers know what you will send. It also warns that texts drifting from your registered use case are a common cause of filtering.
Not in public detail. EZ Texting's public pages describe what you submit but do not list rejection codes. Because it registers through The Campaign Registry, the usual website issues apply: name mismatch, missing privacy policy or terms, and opt-in that cannot be verified.
