Rejected by carriers? The website is one of the most common reasons. Fix it today →

EZ Texting is a business texting platform used for marketing blasts, alerts, and two-way texting. Its plans include a local textable number, so most users go through A2P 10DLC registration. This page is for EZ Texting users who were rejected or filtered, or who want to register right the first time.

10DLC Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by EZ Texting. Provider names are used only to describe where information goes. This page describes the flow as documented at the time of writing (Updated September 2026). Screens change, so follow what you see in your account.

Which registration does EZ Texting use, and who submits it?

Most EZ Texting accounts use A2P 10DLC, and EZ Texting submits the registration for you. EZ Texting says registration has two parts, brand and campaign, and both must be approved before you send.

Number type Where it fits at EZ Texting Registration
Local 10DLC number Included on Launch, Boost, and Scale plans A2P brand and campaign registration with TCR
Toll-free number Add-on, set up through support Toll-free verification
Dedicated short code Enterprise plan Short code program

EZ Texting's pricing page says carrier registration is included at no extra cost. If you do not have an EIN, you can register as a sole proprietor, with lower sending limits.

What does EZ Texting ask for, and where does your website come in?

EZ Texting's public pages list business details, sample messages, and how you collect opt-ins. Your website is part of the brand details. EZ Texting does not publish a field-by-field screenshot of its form, so the table below groups what it names.

Part What EZ Texting asks for What your website must support
Brand registration Legal name, EIN (Tax ID), address, website Same legal name and contact info on the site
Campaign registration Use case and the types of messages you plan to send Pages that show the service your texts cover
Sample messages Examples of the message types you plan to send Brand name and offers that match the site
Opt-in method How you collect consent A visible opt-in form with an unchecked box, plus privacy policy and terms
High-Volume Vetted (optional) Primary use cases for higher throughput Same as above, reviewed more closely

EZ Texting's registration page adds that in rare cases it asks for an EIN confirmation letter to verify your business. Have your IRS letter ready so the name on it matches your site. See brand EIN mismatch.

What do the carriers check on your website?

EZ Texting does not publish its own website checklist. It registers through The Campaign Registry, so the standard TCR checks apply. As Twilio documents for the same registry, the site must work, match your registered business, and not be parked, gated behind a login, or redirected to another brand.

Reviewers look for:

  • Matching business identity. Your legal name or clear brand on the site. See brand name match.
  • Real content and contact details. Services, phone, email, and address. See content pages.
  • A privacy policy that says you do not share mobile numbers or opt-in data. See privacy policy.
  • SMS terms covering frequency, rates, and STOP/HELP. See SMS terms.
  • A clear opt-in with an unchecked box and full disclosure. See opt-in form.

Why was my EZ Texting registration rejected or filtered?

EZ Texting does not publish a list of rejection codes. Its pages point to two themes: registration details that do not hold up, and live messages that drift from the registered use case. The table maps common TCR website causes to our fix pages.

Likely cause What reviewers saw Fix page
Website does not match brand Site shows a different name, or none Website does not match brand

How long does review take, and what does it cost?

EZ Texting says most applications are approved within 24 hours, and some providers take up to three weeks. Final approval is up to the carriers.

At the time of writing, EZ Texting lists:

Item Amount
Standard A2P 10DLC registration Free, included in plans
Sole Proprietor registration Free, with sending limits
High-Volume Vetted registration $90 one time, waived on Scale
Telecom Fee (Launch plan) $5 per month, waived on Boost, Scale, Enterprise
Toll-free number $25 per month

EZ Texting does not publish a resubmission fee. Check its pricing page for current amounts.

What EZ Texting gotchas should I know about?

  • Sole proprietor limits are tight. EZ Texting lists 45 SMS per minute, 15 per minute on AT&T, and 1,000 a day on T-Mobile, with no link shortener or tracking.
  • Stay inside your use case. EZ Texting warns that content drifting from the registered use case is a common cause of filtering, even after approval.
  • Toll-free is not the easy way out. EZ Texting says toll-free numbers can have delivery issues across carriers. They still need verification and a real website.
  • Keep your EIN letter handy. EZ Texting may ask for it to confirm the business behind the site.

How do I get a website that passes EZ Texting review?

  1. Show your legal business name, matching your EIN letter. See brand name match.
  2. List your phone, email, and address. See business contact info.
  3. Describe the services your texts are about. See content pages.
  4. Load over https. See SSL and HTTPS.
  5. Publish a privacy policy with a no-sharing statement. See privacy policy.
  6. Publish SMS terms. See SMS terms.
  7. Add an opt-in form with an unchecked SMS box. See opt-in form.
  8. Remove any "coming soon" or parked page. See no parked sites.
