What website does Telgorithm need for 10DLC campaign approval?

Quick answer

Telgorithm needs your brand to have a secure website that matches your brand name, with a privacy policy and SMS disclosures on any web form that collects phone numbers. Telgorithm encourages customers to register as their own CSP in The Campaign Registry, where the privacy and terms URLs go in TCR's Privacy Policy Link and Terms & Conditions Link fields.

This page is for software platforms and businesses that send US texts through Telgorithm's SMS API. Telgorithm serves many platforms that register brands and campaigns for their own end customers. If that is you, every customer's website faces the checks below.

10DLC Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telgorithm. Provider names are used only to describe where information goes. This page describes the flow as documented at the time of writing (Updated September 2026). Screens change, so follow what you see in your account.

Which registration does Telgorithm use, and who submits it?

Telgorithm uses A2P 10DLC, and in its recommended model you submit the registration yourself in The Campaign Registry (TCR). Telgorithm is a Connectivity Partner (CNP), not a registry. Its guide encourages customers to register as Campaign Service Providers (CSPs). A CSP enters brand details in the TCR portal and owns its brands and campaigns.

The other path is the reseller model. There you give brand details, including EINs, to your API provider. Telgorithm's guide warns that resellers must re-register every brand and campaign if they switch providers. After you submit, Telgorithm says it reviews campaigns before sending them to a Direct Connect Aggregator (DCA). The DCA approves or rejects.

Where do the website URLs go in a Telgorithm registration?

For CSPs, the URLs go into TCR's own brand and campaign forms, per TCR's CSP User Guide.

URL Where it goes (TCR portal, CSP path)
Business website (homepage) Brand registration, website field. TCR's guide says it is strongly recommended even where optional.
Privacy policy Campaign, Privacy Policy Link field.
Terms and conditions (with SMS terms) Campaign, Terms & Conditions Link field.
Opt-in page or opt-in evidence Campaign, Call-to-Action / Message Flow field. List every opt-in method. Upload screenshots in the CTA, Privacy Policy and/or Terms and Conditions Multimedia Upload field (10MB per file, 5 files per campaign).

TCR marks the two link fields optional, but says a compliant privacy policy and terms are still required. Leaving them blank invites a rejection.

What does Telgorithm (and the DCA) check on your website?

Telgorithm's compliance checklist and privacy guide list these website checks:

  • Brand name and website match. The site should be secure, with no broken links.
  • A privacy policy. Required for all company sizes except Sole Proprietors. It should cover what data you collect, how you use it, whether you share it, opt-out steps, and a privacy contact. It must mention SMS.
  • A live https privacy link. Telgorithm says DCAs manually review it. A broken, missing, or inadequate policy likely means rejection.
  • Disclosures on web forms. Any form with a phone field needs SMS opt-in disclosures.
  • Official links only. URLs in messages must use your own domain, not public shorteners like TinyURL.

Why was my Telgorithm 10DLC campaign rejected?

Telgorithm does not publish a numbered code list in the articles reviewed here. It names these causes:

Cause named by Telgorithm Fix page
Missing privacy policy on the brand website Privacy policy missing SMS language
Missing message disclosures on web forms Opt-in form
Vague or missing call-to-action Opt-in not verifiable
No website or online presence for the brand Under construction or parked
Legal company name or address does not match IRS records Brand EIN mismatch
Samples missing brand name, frequency, or opt-out language Sample messages mismatch
Shortened, broken, or redirecting URLs Website not accessible
SHAFT content or aggressive lead generation Prohibited content

Telgorithm's FAQ adds that every opt-in method you use must be compliant, whether or not you list it.

How long does review take, and what does it cost to resubmit?

Telgorithm says its campaign approvals take 48 hours or less on average. That is the company's own figure. It is not a promise, and DCAs make the call.

At the time of writing, Telgorithm's 10DLC guide lists:

Item Fee in Telgorithm's guide
TCR CSP sign-up $200, one time
Brand registration $4.50 per brand
Standard vetting $41.50 per vetting
Campaign vetting (DCA review) $15 per campaign
Most campaigns $10 per month
Low Volume Mixed $1.50 per month
Sole Proprietor $2 per month

Telgorithm notes that every rejection means resubmitting, and that resubmitting can get expensive. Fix everything on the site before you resubmit. Check current pricing with Telgorithm and TCR.

Telgorithm gotchas to know

  1. Sole Proprietors have tight limits. Telgorithm's guide lists one campaign and one number, 1,000 messages per day on T-Mobile, and 15 messages per minute on AT&T. See sole proprietor brand.
  2. Verbal opt-in needs explicit call-to-action wording. Telgorithm lists this among the October 2023 DCA changes.
  3. A CSP sees rejection notices directly. Telgorithm says resellers must ask their provider for the DCA's rejection reason.

How do I get a website that passes Telgorithm review?

  1. The site is live, secure, and matches your brand. See SSL and HTTPS and brand name match.
  2. It shows your services and contact details. See business contact info.
  3. It has a privacy policy that covers SMS and says numbers are not shared. See privacy policy.
  4. It has SMS terms with STOP, HELP, frequency, and rates. See SMS terms.
  5. Every form with a phone field has an SMS disclosure and an unchecked consent box. See opt-in form.
  6. It is not parked or "coming soon." See no parked sites.

10DLC Site builds these pages and gives you the exact URLs to paste into TCR. You still submit the registration yourself, and carriers make the final decision. For other providers, see the any-provider guide.

Frequently asked questions

Does Telgorithm submit my 10DLC registration for me?

Not in the model Telgorithm recommends. Telgorithm is a Connectivity Partner (CNP). It encourages customers to register as Campaign Service Providers (CSPs) with The Campaign Registry and enter brand and campaign details there. Telgorithm then reviews the campaign before sending it to a DCA.

Where do I put my privacy policy link for a Telgorithm campaign?

If you register as a CSP, it goes in the Privacy Policy Link field of the TCR campaign form. Your terms page goes in the Terms & Conditions Link field. TCR calls both fields optional but says a compliant privacy policy and terms are required.

Is a privacy policy required for 10DLC with Telgorithm?

Yes, for most brands. Telgorithm reported that since October 2023, DCAs require a privacy policy for all company sizes and verticals, except Sole Proprietors. Telgorithm says DCAs manually review the link, and a broken, missing, or inadequate policy likely leads to rejection.

What are the most common Telgorithm campaign rejections?

Telgorithm names three top causes: a missing privacy policy on the brand website, missing message disclosures on web forms, and a vague call-to-action. Other causes it lists include brand name missing from samples and shortened URLs.

How much does 10DLC cost through Telgorithm?

Telgorithm's 10DLC guide lists a $200 one-time TCR CSP sign-up fee, $4.50 per brand, $41.50 for standard vetting, a $15 vetting fee per campaign, and $10 per month for most campaigns. These are pass-through registry and DCA fees that change, so check current pricing.

How long does Telgorithm campaign approval take?

Telgorithm says its campaigns are approved in 48 hours or less on average. That is Telgorithm's own claim, not a guarantee. Carrier-side DCAs make the decision, and times vary with volume and use case.
