Rejected by carriers? The website is one of the most common reasons. Fix it today →

This page is for agencies and business owners who text from a HighLevel (also sold as LeadConnector) sub-account. Each sub-account that texts US numbers needs an approved brand and campaign, and many rejections point back to the client's website.

10DLC Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel, LeadConnector, or Twilio. Provider names are used only to describe where information goes. This page describes the flow as documented at the time of writing (Updated September 2026). Screens change, so follow what you see in your account.

Which registration does GoHighLevel use, and who submits it?

GoHighLevel uses A2P 10DLC for local numbers, and you submit it yourself in the Trust Center. In the sub-account, go to Settings, then Phone System under Business Services, then the Trust Center tab.

You pick a brand path first:

  • Standard Brand, Low Volume: up to 6,000 SMS segments per day, per HighLevel's guide.
  • Standard Brand, High Volume: up to 600,000 SMS segments per day.
  • Sole Proprietor: a single-number path for businesses with no Tax ID. The owner must pass a one-time code sent to a US or Canada mobile number. HighLevel says VoIP, LeadConnector and other CPaaS numbers are not accepted for that code.

Is LC Phone on Twilio? HighLevel describes LC Phone as its own telephony service. Its fee article also says LC Phone usage is billed at Twilio's base passthrough rates, and that A2P fees pass through from The Campaign Registry, Twilio, and carriers. The rejection codes HighLevel shows use the same 309xx numbers as Twilio's error docs. So our Twilio guide is a useful second reference. If you move numbers from your own Twilio account to LC Phone, HighLevel warns you may need to register A2P again in the Trust Center.

Where do the website, privacy and terms URLs go in the Trust Center?

In the campaign step, choose Chat Widget Setup (the default) or Manual Setup. Manual Setup asks for every URL by name.

What you enter Field in HighLevel (Manual Setup)
Business homepage Website URL (campaign details). HighLevel asks for a live, publicly accessible business website.
Page with your signup form Opt-in Form URL (user consent section)
How people sign up Opt-In Method and Description of Opt-In Flow
Consent text people see Opt-in Message
Privacy policy Privacy Policy URL
Terms with SMS terms Terms & Conditions URL

The brand step asks for legal business name, business type, industry, registration ID type and number, business email, and region of operations. Enter the legal name exactly as the IRS has it. HighLevel warns against using a DBA, a trade name, or the messaging provider's name.

What does GoHighLevel check on the website?

HighLevel's approval articles say the site should:

  1. Be live, public, and clearly represent the registered business.
  2. Show the business name and contact details that match the brand registration.
  3. Link a Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, including in the footer of forms.
  4. Have a privacy policy that says mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. HighLevel adds that it should not mention selling or buying leads.
  5. Have terms that describe the program, how to opt out with STOP, how to get help, message frequency, rates, a carrier liability line, and a link back to the privacy policy.
  6. Use SMS checkboxes that are unchecked and optional. HighLevel's 2026 guidance asks for separate boxes for marketing and non-marketing texts.

Why was my GoHighLevel campaign rejected?

On a rejected campaign, click View required fixes. HighLevel shows four items for each reason: Error code, Rejection category, What it means, and Correction needed. These are the website-related codes you are most likely to see.

Code What it usually means Fix
30891 Website URL invalid or not working Website not accessible
30907 Website does not align with the registered brand Website does not match brand
30908 Privacy policy missing or not compliant Privacy policy missing SMS
30909 Call to action or opt-in cannot be verified Opt-in not verifiable
30919 to 30922 Grouped by HighLevel under website issues. In Twilio's docs these cover a site with no business info, a site that is only a form, a login wall, or a site that does not load Under construction or parked
30888 Age gate missing for age-restricted content Opt-in form
30893, 30892 Sample messages unclear, or public link shorteners used Sample messages mismatch
30881 Support email uses a public domain like Gmail Business contact info

HighLevel marks SHAFT (30953 to 30958), disallowed content (30940 to 30951) and high-risk codes (30959 to 30964) as not eligible for resubmission. See prohibited content and campaign rejected: next steps. Brand rejections usually come from a legal name, EIN, or address that does not match records. See brand and EIN mismatch.

What sub-account website problems cause rejections?

Each of these ties to a rule in HighLevel's docs:

  • The site shows the agency, not the client. The website must represent the business in the brand registration.
  • A funnel on a subdomain with no link to the main brand. HighLevel allows subdomains only when the branding matches, people can find the page, and all disclosures are present.
  • Chat Widget plus a second SMS form. HighLevel says the widget should be the only form collecting SMS consent on the submitted page. Remove the SMS box from any contact, lead or booking form on that page.
  • The page is not live yet. The widget page must be public before you run the compliance check.
  • A template privacy policy. A policy copied from another business, or one that mentions sharing or selling leads, fails the privacy check.
  • Checkbox text that does not match the campaign. HighLevel says the use case should match the checkbox wording.

How long does review take, and what does it cost?

At the time of writing, HighLevel's fee article lists a one-time bundled fee of $24.49875 for Sole Proprietor and Low Volume Standard, and $71.90625 for High Volume Standard. That bundle includes Fast Track Processing ($3), which HighLevel says is meant to expedite approval within 3 business days. Each extra campaign costs $15.00, plus a monthly campaign fee that depends on the use case. HighLevel says no extra vetting fee is charged for a resubmission. Check the current price in the Trust Center before you submit.

HighLevel does not publish a fixed campaign review time. Its brand article says Standard brands may take several business days. Do not send until the number shows the green A2P Verified label.

How do I get a website that passes GoHighLevel review?

  1. Use a site on the client's own domain that shows the legal business name. See brand name match.
  2. Show services and real contact details that match the brand. See content pages and business contact info.
  3. Serve it over https. See SSL and HTTPS.
  4. Publish a privacy policy with a no-sharing statement. See privacy policy.
  5. Publish SMS terms with STOP, HELP, frequency and rates. See SMS terms.
  6. Keep one clear opt-in on the submitted page, with unchecked, optional SMS boxes. See opt-in form.
  7. Make sure nothing is parked or "coming soon." See no parked sites.

10DLC Site builds these pages for each client and hands you the URLs for the Trust Center. You or your client still submit the registration, and carriers make the final call.
