Rejected by carriers? The website is one of the most common reasons. Fix it today →

SignalWire walks you through 10DLC with two wizards: one for your brand and one for your campaign. The website you enter for your brand is what reviewers compare against your company name and your campaign details.

10DLC Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by SignalWire. Provider names are used only to describe where information goes. This page describes the flow as documented at the time of writing (Updated September 2026). Screens change, so follow what you see in your account.

Where do the website URLs go in SignalWire's registration?

URL Where it goes in SignalWire
Business website Brand wizard, Legal step (with company name, Tax ID or EIN, contact name, direct number, email)
Privacy policy Campaign wizard. The docs name Legal and Terms and Conditions steps; look for a field labeled something like "Privacy Policy URL."
Terms and conditions (with SMS terms) Campaign wizard, Terms and Conditions step. Look for a field labeled something like "Terms URL."
Opt-in page or evidence Campaign wizard, Opt-in/Opt-out step

Here are the steps SignalWire documents:

  1. Add a payment method.
  2. Create your brand. The brand wizard has three steps: Company Details, Company Contact, and Legal.
  3. Register your campaign. The campaign wizard has five steps: Basic Information, Campaign Templates, Opt-in/Opt-out, Legal, and Terms and Conditions.
  4. Assign phone numbers to the campaign (this can take up to 24 hours).

SignalWire notes a brand registration fee and a monthly campaign fee that varies by use case, with a 3-month minimum charged up front. Check your SignalWire account for amounts.

What does SignalWire check on your website?

SignalWire's docs focus on the registration steps, not website rules. The shared rules from The Campaign Registry and CTIA still apply:

  • A matching brand. SignalWire says each brand should have a unique EIN, or it risks the trust score. Your website should clearly belong to that same business.
  • Compliant policies. TCR says the privacy and terms link fields are optional in TCR itself, but a compliant privacy policy and compliant terms are required.
  • A clear call-to-action. CTIA says it should describe the program, name the sender, explain opt-in and fees, and cover opt-out, customer care, and privacy.
  • Visible privacy policy. CTIA says to display it clearly, with clearly labeled links, and reference it from your call-to-action.
  • Opt-out and help. TCR's campaign form asks for opt-out and help messages, with STOP and HELP keywords.

What are common SignalWire rejections tied to the website?

SignalWire's registration docs do not list website rejection codes, so this guide does not name any. For an unverified brand, SignalWire says you can correct and resubmit (with a new fee), appeal with your IRS CP 575 letter, or request vetting. These pages cover website problems that often come up with any provider:

How long does SignalWire review take?

SignalWire documents these timelines:

  • Brand review: about 1 business day
  • Overall process: 3 to 5 business days
  • Campaign activation: up to 24 hours
  • Phone number assignment: up to 24 hours

How do I get a website that passes SignalWire review?

Use this checklist before you submit:

  1. The site matches your company name and EIN records. See brand name match.
  2. It has a clear privacy policy. See privacy policy.
  3. It has SMS terms. See SMS terms.
  4. It has an opt-in form with full disclosures. See opt-in form.
  5. It is live and not parked. See no parked sites.

10DLC Site builds these pages and gives you the exact URLs to paste into SignalWire: homepage, privacy policy, terms, and opt-in page. You still submit the registration yourself, and carriers make the final decision. The any-provider guide covers the full field model.

Built to these requirements

Get a carrier-ready website, usually the same business day

A new .com with hosting, SSL, a privacy policy that covers SMS, SMS terms and a compliant opt-in form, built to the requirements on this page. You submit your own 10DLC registration, and no one can guarantee approval, but a reviewer will have nothing on your site to flag.
