This page is for local businesses that use Podium to text customers, request reviews, and send payments or campaigns. Podium says US carriers require 10DLC registration for texts sent through apps like Podium to US numbers. Canadian customers who text US numbers must register too. Without it, Podium says messages may be filtered, throttled, or blocked.
10DLC Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Podium. Provider names are used only to describe where information goes. This page describes the flow as documented at the time of writing (Updated September 2026). Screens change, so follow what you see in your account.
Podium uses A2P 10DLC, and you submit the business details yourself at 10dlc.podium.com. Podium says only account owners or supervisors can complete it. Podium's marketing page says you can register on your own or get help from its team.
Podium's help article on the steps asks mainly for brand details. It does not list campaign fields such as sample messages, a Message Flow, or privacy policy and terms URLs. So for most Podium users, the business identity and website are what you control directly. The help article was last modified in June 2025, so your screens may show more.

Podium does not publish a website checklist. But 10DLC reviewers use the website you give to confirm the business is real and matches the brand. The same checks apply as on every provider:
These reasons come from Podium's 10DLC overview. Each links to a fix page.
| Reason Podium lists | How to fix it | Fix page |
|---|---|---|
| Incorrect business name | Enter it exactly as on legal documents, including punctuation | Brand EIN mismatch |
| Invalid EIN | Enter 9 digits, no dashes | Brand EIN mismatch |
| Incomplete business information | Check address, business type, and classification | Business contact info |
| Denied with only a "Contact our support team" link | Contact Podium Support with your IRS 147C letter or other legal documents | Campaign rejected: next steps |
Podium suggests checking your name and EIN on your Secretary of State website. You can request IRS Letter 147C to confirm the name the IRS has on file. To resubmit, follow the prompts in Settings, then Your Business, then Business Registration.
Podium says verification typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Status shows as Pending, Approved, or Denied.
At the time of writing, Podium's help center lists:
| Registration type | Fee listed by Podium | T-Mobile daily cap |
|---|---|---|
| Low Volume (default) | $5 per location per month | 2,000 |
| High Volume | Pro Bundle plus $20 per location per month add-on | 2,000 to 200,000, based on Trust Score |
| Charity/Nonprofit | Not listed | 2,000 to 200,000, 501(c)(3) only |
| Sole Proprietor | Not listed | 1,000, single-location accounts |
Podium's help center does not list a resubmission fee. Check Podium's current pricing before you act.
10DLC Site builds these pages and gives you the website URL and business details to enter in Podium. You still submit the registration yourself, and carriers make the final decision. If a reviewer flags your website, we fix the website free.
