Rejected by carriers? The website is one of the most common reasons. Fix it today →

Vonage's 10DLC articles are some of the most detailed about websites. Vonage even builds legal disclosure text into your message flow and asks that your website's call-to-action match it. That means your site and your registration need to say the same things.

10DLC Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vonage. Provider names are used only to describe where information goes. This page describes the flow as documented at the time of writing (Updated September 2026). Screens change, so follow what you see in your account.

Where do the website URLs go in Vonage's registration?

URL Where it goes in Vonage
Business website (custom domain) Your 10DLC brand. Required for all brands except sole proprietors since 2025.
Privacy policy Campaign registration. Vonage's message flow disclosures link to it. Look for a field labeled something like "Privacy Policy URL."
Terms and conditions (with SMS terms) Campaign registration. Vonage's message flow disclosures link to it. Look for a field labeled something like "Terms and Conditions URL."
Opt-in page or evidence Message flow section, as a public link to your form or hosted screenshots
Links in your messages "URL Samples" list (up to 15 URLs, at least 1 if embedded links is set to true)

Here is the dashboard flow Vonage describes:

  1. Log in and open your 10DLC brand.
  2. Choose to register a new campaign.
  3. Pick a use case. The screen shows the monthly price.
  4. Review the carrier qualification screen.
  5. Enter campaign details: whether it is for you or a reseller, the name, and the description. (Vonage has required a reseller ID on campaigns since January 13, 2025.)
  6. Complete the message flow section. Vonage auto-builds disclosure text here.
  7. Add opt-in, help, and opt-out messages.
  8. Add sample messages (at least 2, or 1 for 2FA) and set content flags for phone numbers, URLs, age-restricted content, and direct lending.
  9. Review, accept the 10DLC terms, and submit. The status shows "Pending Review."

Other statuses Vonage lists include Updates Required, Carriers Review, Active, Rejected, and Suspended.

What does Vonage check on your website?

Vonage's campaign requirements list these points:

  • Custom domain. The site must use your own domain name.
  • Live policy pages. Terms and privacy pages must be live.
  • Matching call-to-action. Include brand name and campaign description, a note that message and data rates may apply, how often you text (for 2FA, that one message is sent per request), HELP and STOP instructions, and links to terms and privacy.
  • Consent checkbox. Online forms must include a checkbox for SMS consent.
  • Privacy wording. Vonage recommends saying no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and that text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing.
  • SMS terms. Include all brand names (including any DBA), program description, frequency, rates, and HELP and STOP instructions. Vonage lists a carrier liability line as optional.
  • No public shorteners. Public URL shorteners are prohibited. Custom branded shorteners are OK.

What are common Vonage rejections tied to the website?

Vonage's articles describe requirements rather than numbered error codes, so this page does not list codes. Missing any required item above can lead to an "Updates Required" or "Rejected" status. Match each gap to a fix:

Gap Fix page
No website, or a site on a free subdomain Website not accessible
SMS terms missing from Terms and Conditions Missing SMS terms
Privacy policy lacks no-sharing wording Privacy policy missing SMS language
Form has no SMS consent checkbox Opt-in not verifiable
Evidence link is private or expired Opt-in form
Public shortener in sample messages Sample messages mismatch

How much does Vonage charge, and what is the minimum term?

Vonage's pricing article lists these fees (in US dollars):

Fee Amount (per Vonage)
Brand registration $4.50
Authentication Plus (effective Aug 7, 2025) $12.50
Standard vet $41.50
Enhanced vet $101.50
Appeal $11
Campaign vetting, per vetting event (effective July 15, 2025) $15
Monthly campaign fee, most standard use cases $10
Monthly, Low Volume Mixed $1.50
Monthly, Sole Proprietor $2
Monthly, Agents and Franchises $30
Monthly, Charity or Emergency $5

The $15 vetting fee is charged again for each re-vet after updates. Vonage requires external vetting for most campaign types, except Low Volume Mixed and Sole Proprietor. Campaigns have a 3-month minimum, billed monthly after approval, and TCR gives no refunds. Check Vonage's current pricing before you submit.

How do I get a website that passes Vonage review?

Use this checklist before you submit:

  1. The site is on your own .com or custom domain and matches every brand name you use. See brand name match.
  2. Its Terms and Conditions include SMS terms. See SMS terms.
  3. Its privacy policy uses no-sharing wording. See privacy policy.
  4. Its form has an SMS consent checkbox with matching disclosures. See opt-in form.
  5. It is live and not parked. See no parked sites.

10DLC Site builds these pages and gives you the exact URLs to paste into Vonage: homepage, privacy policy, terms, and opt-in page. Because the opt-in page is public, it can serve as the link Vonage asks for. You still submit the campaign yourself, and carriers make the final decision. For other providers, see the any-provider guide.

Get a carrier-ready website, usually the same business day

A new .com with hosting, SSL, a privacy policy that covers SMS, SMS terms and a compliant opt-in form, built to the requirements on this page. You submit your own 10DLC registration, and no one can guarantee approval, but a reviewer will have nothing on your site to flag.
